Dr. Paolo Ronchi (MD, DDS, EBOMFS) is a specialist in Maxillofacial Surgery, and in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He was head of Maxillofacial Surgery Unit in Como, Italy, since 1987, he retired in 2018 and he was awarded the title of Primary Emeritus. He has more than 40 years of experience in all fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery, and has been dealing with the surgical treatment of OSAS for over 25 years. He has published several articles on orthognatic surgery, preprosthetic surgery and cleft lip and palate surgery. He has also published in 2005 the book “Orthodontic Surgical Treatment of Dentofacial Anomalies”  edit by Quintessence Publishing Co. Inc.  He was the president of Italian Society of Maxillofacial Surgery (SICMF) from 2009 to 2011. Currently, he works as private practice.
